$39.00I got up at 4 a.m. to scramble up a “small” mountain behind my campsite in Estes Park, Colorado. The “small” mountain turned up to be a nearly vertical ascent and I found myself using both my hands and feet to make it to the top, completely out of breath. I got set up to in the complete dark, using a flashlight, and began shooting. To my disappointment, it seemed it was going to be a total dud. Then, at the last second, just as the sun hit the horizon, a burst across the skies. I was so happy. Well worth the work, the wait, and a little prayer. The tones and colors were enough to lift the heaviest spirits.
